WELCOME AND TOUR IN CUSCO: We'll be waiting for you at the airport in Cusco on your arrival date, take you to the hotel where you will rest for an hour, you'll have a cup of coca tea and we will pick you up from your Hotel in the afternoon (13:30 hrs) to start with the tour around Cusco and outskirts.

The Koricancha Palace and Convent of Santo Domingo Religious center known as "The Temple of the Sun" where you will admire the impressive engineering used in its construction.
The Cathedral: Colonial religious monument of extraordinary artistic value.
Sacsayhuaman: Built at 3 Km. From the city of Cusco, impressive stone fortress with an excellent architecture, Famous for its huge carved stones some of which are at 9 m/ 30 feet off the floor,with a weigh of 350 tons. Here iswhere the Inty Raymi or Fiesta del Sol is held in June Every year.
Qenqo: Ceremonial and ritual center, amphitheatre where sacrifices were made.
Puca-Pucara: An old tambo (resting place), monitoring place throughout the Inka Empire Routes.
Tambomachay: At 7 Km. From the city of Cusco, ceremonial center of cult to the water, known traditionally as the place where water rests excursion time: around 5 hours. Frequency: everyday in the afternoons.}
Second day: Sacred Valley of the Incas June 23 |

We will pick you up from your hotel at the time indicated by your travel agent, starting the tour at 8:35 a.m. heading along a paved road to the town of Pisac, located 32 km from the city of Cusco, Pisac is a typical Andean artisan and archaeological town where the famous Craft Fairs are held in its typical markets where you can shop and enjoy a guided tour of the archaeological sites of the place; Continuing with our tour of approximately one hour we will pass through different towns such as: Coya, Lamay, the province of Calca, Yucay appreciating the scenic beauty of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will go to the town of Urubamba where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at the cozy restaurant "Tunupa" Later we will head towards the town of Ollantaytambo (It is the only city of the Incanate in Peru that is still inhabited)
to visit the archaeological complex of the same name; having been an: Agricultural, administrative, social, religious and military complex in the Tahuantinsuyo, ending the tour at approximately 4:00 pm, you will have free time in the town of Ollantaytambo, where you can visit its craft market with more time, visit its little streets that still keep the layout of the Inca streets, watching the water run through its ancient canals, it is like going back in time ideal for taking pictures or having a coffee in its Plaza de Armas. At the indicated time, you must take the Ollantaytambo train that leaves at 7:00 pm bound for the town of Aguas Calientes where our staff will be waiting to transfer you to the selected hotel.
Third Day: Guided tour in Machu Picchu June 23 |

After breakfast, according to the time on your entrance ticket to Machu Picchu, in coordination with the guide, who will visit you the day before at your hotel in Aguas Calientes, you must take the bus up from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu (altitude 2450 m.a.s.l) which lasts approximately 30 minutes. At the time scheduled with the guide, you will have your guided tour of approximately 2 hours, being able to visit: the Main Plaza, the Solar Observatory, the Guardian's House, the Inca's House, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows and the Cemeteries.
This travel program is ideal to tour Machu Picchu calmly and take pictures with enough time and also have lunch in the town of Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Pueblo. In the afternoon, at the indicated time of your return trip, you must board the train to Cusco.
Our staff will be waiting for you at the train station to transfer you to your hotel.
Fourth Day: Inti Raymi Tour (Sun Festival): June 24 |

Ceremony settings
On June 24, the festival in honor of the Sun God takes place in the three historical and natural settings that are usually used for the staging:
The Qorikancha (Golden Fence): In the Inca era it was the main temple consecrated to the sun.
The Plaza de Armas (the old Auqaypata or Plaza del Guerrero): During the Inca era, the ceremony took place entirely in this immense plaza in the middle of the great ushnu or ceremonial platform.
Saqsaywaman (a word that derives from the Quechua terms "saqsay" and "waman" which translated into Spanish means "satiate yourself, falcon"): This impressive archaeological center is located at 3,555 meters above sea level, one kilometer from the Inca neighborhood of Qolqanpata. Here the final staging takes place with the following acts. Ceremonial location Report of the 4 Suyus or Regions: Qollasuyu, Kuntisuyu, Antisuyu and Chinchaysuyu. Chicha Rite Sacred Fire Rite Sacrifice of the Flame (Andean camelid) and omens. Rite of Sankhu (sacred bread) Q'ochurikuy (outburst of popular exaltation).
Ceremony times:
- 9:OO hrs Qorikancha: Start of the staging. Duration 30 minutes.
- 11:OO hrs. Auqaypata (Plaza de Armas): The lnka and his royal entourage enter through Inti K'ijllu street. Duration 45 minutes.
- 13:30 hrs. Central ceremony. Duration of 90 minutes.
